These terms cover your use of Roomforge, run by Roomforge. Questions: us.

The service

Roomforge is a web planner that builds 3D models of rooms and buildings and exports them as STL files for 3D printing. The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a subscription that lifts the limits shown on the pricing page.

Your plans and files

What you design and export is yours. We only need permission to store and process it so the service works. The furniture shapes in the catalogue are generated by Roomforge and the STL files you export may be used for any purpose, including selling prints.

Printing is at your own risk

The print check reports size, bed fit and thin parts as a guide. It cannot know your printer, material or slicer settings. Check an export in your slicer before a long print. We are not responsible for failed prints or wasted material.

Pro, billing and cancellation

• Pro costs £9 a month or £72 a year, charged by Stripe, and renews until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time from the Account page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account drops back to Free. Your saved plans are kept.
• Prices may change for future renewals. We will email you before a change takes effect.

Refunds

You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and ask for a full refund, whether or not you have used Pro. Email us from the address on your account. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the plan limits, overload the service, or use it to break the law. We can suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Roomforge running but do not promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
