Questions people actually ask
- Can I print what I make on the free plan?
- Yes. Free accounts export one item at a time as a real STL: no watermark, no crippled geometry. The whole-building export is the paid part.
- What scale should I print at?
- 1:50 suits a whole room on a 220 mm bed; 1:20 or 1:25 is good for single pieces of furniture. The planner tells you the printed size and whether it fits.
- Can I print a whole house?
- Pro stacks up to six storeys. Each floor exports as its own flat STL, printed separately and stacked afterwards, which is how a multi-storey model has to be printed anyway.
- Will it print without supports?
- Walls, floors and most carcass furniture print flat with no supports. Chair backs and tabletops have overhangs, so export parts separately and lay them down for the best result.
- Do I lose my plan if I cancel?
- No. Plans stay in your account and in your browser; you drop back to the free limits for editing and exporting.
