Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoomForge ("the Service"), operated by Bengin Cetindere (Sole Proprietor) registered in Germany ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

RoomForge provides a digital platform where users can access AI-powered tools related to interior design and visual creativity. The specific features and functionalities of the Service may vary and are subject to change over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain parts of the Service. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

4. User Content

When you upload or submit content through the Service, including images or prompts:

  • You retain ownership of your original content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, use, and store that content to provide the Service.
  • You receive the rights to use the AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial use.

We store uploaded content only as long as necessary to provide the Service. If you delete a related project or folder, we will delete the associated uploads.

You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Purchases and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires payment. Payment terms, access durations, and usage limits are subject to change. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Paddle. Your use of paid features is also subject to those providers’ terms.

6. Third-Party Services

We use external services and providers to operate and improve the Service, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Paddle (payment processing)
  • Cloudflare (infrastructure and performance)
  • PostHog (analytics)

Use of the Service may involve data processing by these providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. AI Content and Limitations

The Service provides AI-generated content for illustrative and creative purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, results may contain errors, artifacts, or inconsistencies. The Service should not be relied upon for precise planning, measurements, or professional advice.

8. Voting & Sharing

The Service may allow you to share generated content via unique, private voting links. These links:

  • Are not publicly indexed by search engines
  • Contain an access key in the URL
  • Do not require login to view
  • Can be deactivated or deleted by you at any time

We are not responsible for how these links are shared or accessed once distributed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse.

You may delete your account at any time. Doing so will permanently delete all associated data and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoomForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoomForge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
